Raising children and teens comes with new challenges — from social media and online risks to peer pressure, mental health, and exploitation.
The Connected Families Education Series, led by Surrey Police Service (SPS) in partnership with Surrey Schools (SD36) and the City of Surrey, gives parents and caregivers helpful insights, expert guidance, and strategies they can use at home.
Learn how to recognize warning signs, have difficult conversations, respond to concerns, and build stronger connections with your child.
Each workshop includes a presentation from a subject matter expert, practical scenarios and discussion, time for questions, and take-home resources.
Workshops also include dinner and an opportunity to speak one-on-one with presenters following the session.
