Surrey Police Service (SPS) is investigating collision involving a vehicle and two pedestrians at a bus stop near the intersection of King George Boulevard and 76 Avenue that resulted in two pedestrians being taken to hospital, with one in serious condition.

Shortly before 6:30 pm on September 13, 2025, SPS officers responded to a report of a collision between a vehicle and two pedestrians who were at a bus stop near the intersection of King George Boulevard and 76 Avenue after the vehicle had left the roadway and crashed into a hydro pole. Both pedestrians were transported to hospital by BCEHS, with one in serious condition. 

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene. The cause of the collision remains under investigation. 

Motorists are advised that the intersection of King George Boulevard and 76 Avenue will likely be experiencing closures during the evening while officers investigate. BC Hydro is enroute to repair the damaged pole.
