Surrey Police Service (SPS) and the RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23-year-old male. 

Timothy Johnson was last seen at approximately noon on September 22, 2025, in the 15500 block of 100 Avenue, Surrey. He has not been seen or heard from since. Timothy advised he was going to meet with a friend at the Richmond airport, but it is unclear if he attended the airport and his whereabouts is unknown. 

He is described as a Filipino male, 6’ tall, and weighs approximately 150 lbs. (Please see attached photo). He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket and black pants. Police and family are concerned and are requesting assistance from the public to assist in locating him, as it is uncommon for Timothy to be out of contact with family and friends for this long.
