Surrey Police Service (SPS) is appealing for any witnesses to a weekend collision between a cyclist and vehicle, or anyone who may have dashcam footage of the collision, to come forward to police.
At approximately 1:51 pm on August 23, 2026, SPS officers responded to a report from BCEHS of a collision between a cyclist and a vehicle at the intersection of 154 Street and 24 Avenue in south Surrey. The driver, who was not injured, remained at the scene.
SPS’s Collision Investigation Unit has taken over the lead on the investigation, and the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
SPS investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who was driving in the area and who may have dashcam footage, to please contact SPS’s non-emergency number at 604-599-0502 and quote file 26-90037 (SP).
