A Traffic Service Request addresses ongoing traffic violations reported by the public in a specific area that are likely to happen again. All traffic concerns are queued for review and considered for enforcement or monitoring. Should your concern be assigned to a member of the Road Safety Section, you may be contacted for additional information.

Gathering and submitting as much information as possible helps our officers create an actionable file. Please consider noting license plate, make and model, and the location of the incident in question in your submission.

If contact information is not provided, and necessary details are missing, there is no guarantee that our officers can address the concerns outlined.
