Surrey Police Service and RCMP Surrey Provincial Operations Support Unit (SPOSU) officers are requesting the public’s assistance to identify a suspect in an incident that occurred on the evening of March 11, 2025.

At approximately 9:11 pm on March 11, 2025, a man was walking in the area of 188 Street and 58 Avenue, Surrey, when an unknown man approached him and allegedly began to threaten and assault him.

Through the course of the investigation officers have been able to obtain an image of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance to identify him. The suspect is described as an adult Caucasian male approximately 5’9” tall with a heavy build. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black shoes. (See attached photo)
