2024-2128 (SP)

On December 6, 2024, at approximately 9:00 am, Surrey Police, Surrey Fire Service and BC Ambulance responded to a reported stabbing in a housing complex in the 13900 block of 104^th Avenue in Surrey. On scene a 50-year-old male was located with serious injuries to his chest.  Surrey Police Service (SPS) officers quickly located a 34-year-old male suspect nearby and took him into custody.  

The injured victim was transported to hospital where he is currently in serious but stable condition.

The police investigation into the incident continues.
