Surrey Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with locating a missing man.

Joseph Bouchard was last seen on December 5^th, 2024, at 1:45 pm boarding an R1 transit bus in the 13700 blk of 88 Avenue, Surrey, bound for Central City. He has not been seen or heard from since.

Joseph is described as a 60-year-old Caucasian man, 5’10”, 220 lbs, with brown greying hair, and brown eyes. Police and family are concerned for his health and well-being.
 

It is out of character for Joseph to be out of touch for this long and he requires medication for a medical condition. Joseph is known to frequent the Newton Community Centre and the Central City areas of Surrey.
